Benefiting the low operating costs, availability of IT infrastructure and more importantly, the availability of skilled, talented human resources in Egypt, we aim to be the number one choice company for outsourcing IP (Intellectual Property) SOC (System On Chip) cores development. To be a company providing products of very high quality standards with very competent prices.
Mission
Our mission is to develop IP SOC cores required by major IP SOC consumers. Development will be on-demand basis, This will help us avoiding the usual obstacle for new start-up companies, which is marketing. The nature of our product allows us to operate worldwide with no geographic restrictions.
Objectives
Our first and main objective is to establish a name famous for high standards and low prices. Achieving this objective is vital for gaining a share in the IP SOC cores outsourcing market.

Strategies
In the first phase, assets will be mostly the minds, time, and effort of the founders of the company. Using open source technology in this phase is very justifiable. This phase continues until a reputable name of the company is established and a steady stream of project assignments is guaranteed. Having earned enough capital and market share, the company will grow in terms of human resources according and infrastructure according to the increase in market share. A significant part of the profits will fund company growth and improving development technology.
Goals
In three years time period, we aim to implement at least 30 IP SOC cores for potential customers successfully, and expand the company size to 15 engineers. According to our financial and human resource expansion plans outlined in Table 1, this will make sales of 240,000 USD. Reaching a company size of 15 engineers is also one of our goals.

Programs
To the end of gaining customers' trust, we will first develop a single product that is not on-demand basis, just as a proof of our capabilities and skills in the SOC field. Technical details about our first product are introduced in the Technology and R&D section. We are not expecting much profits out of our first product, we rather aim to gain recognition in the IP SOC market.
In the next stage, we will start selecting IP SOC cores required by major IP consumers. Those IP SOC cores requests are publicly and freely available on the Internet [1]. In this stage, we will still offer prices that are significantly lower than other already established IP SOC providers.
Once we have established a reputable name in the market, we will increase our the prices of our services. We are targeting to achieve the major profits in this stage, which is expected to span several years. In spite of this increase in prices, we will still keep our prices lower than our competitors' by careful and well studied growth and expansion plans.
